Los ganadores conforme el reglamento cuentan con 48 hs de realizado el sorteo para hacerse presentes y presentar la documentación requerida en la Subdirección de Veteranos de Guerra de Malvinas sito en la intersección de las calles Constitución y Bolívar. Presentarse con pasaporte (con vigencia de hasta el 30 de junio de 2019 inclusive) y DNI.
De no presentarse dentro de este plazo el beneficio recaerá sobre el suplente.
